Norfolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority (NRHA) is led by a nine-member Board of Commissioners, appointed by Norfolk City Council, who are responsible for determining the agency’s policy and direction. NRHA commissioners are residents of Norfolk and serve staggered, four-year terms. The board elects a chairman and vice-chairman, as well as an organization Executive Director, who is responsible for organizational activities and operations.
