The nine-member NRHA Board of Commissioners typically meets the second Thursday of each month at 9 a.m. All meetings are conducted at 555 E. Main Street, Norfolk, unless otherwise noted. All members of the public are welcome to attend. In addition, committee meetings are also held monthly.
To ensure public business is conducted in a dignified, orderly and efficient fashion during Board of Commissioners meetings, members of the public wishing to address the Commissioners shall observe the following rules: View the NRHA Guidelines for Public Comments
