The goal of the NRHA Procurement department is to establish strategic thinking in all procurement efforts, resulting in good and responsible stewardship of NRHA resources, staff-focused services, innovative contractors, suppliers and vendors. The department assists in the streamlining of business processes while maintaining HUD, state, local and authority compliance, with sustainability and diversity woven into all that we do.

The goal of the NRHA Purchasing Services department is to secure services, supplies, equipment and construction from responsive and responsible businesses.
