NRHA receives both federal and state funds and, therefore, must adhere to both legislative bodies. To obtain that end and to ensure that NRHA obtains high quality goods and services at reasonable cost, NRHA must ensure that all procurement procedures are conducted in a fair and impartial manner with avoidance of any impropriety or appearance of impropriety. NRHA must ensure that all qualified vendors have access to NRHA business opportunities and that no offeror be arbitrarily or capriciously excluded.

Vendor Portal

A listing of all NRHA opportunities can be found at NRHA’s Bonfire Portal. NRHA encourages vendors to register on the portal to receive automatic notifications of current and upcoming business opportunities as well as to submit bids and proposals electronically.

Registration is free and easy. Please be sure to select NIGP codes associated with your type of business or organization. Our solicitations will be set up using those codes and will be matched to vendors and contractors with the same codes.

Solicitations are also advertised on Virginia’s Total e-Procurement Solution website.
