Yardi Rent Cafe Training Session – Franklin Arms

The new Yardi Rent Cafe portal will be available online soon for residents, applicants, tenants, Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) participants and landlords. It’s your housing, business and transaction needs all in one place.

There you can learn how to use the portal to complete the following tasks:

  • Apply to the waitlist.
  • Check waitlist status.
  • Make payments.
  • Enter maintenance requests.
  • Update account information.
  • Complete necessary certifications online.
  • And much more!
