Mobility

If you are living in an NRHA community that has been converted to PBV using RAD, you may be eligible for Choice Mobility. Under this program, the resident may request a HCV after living in a RAD property for one year. Residents exercising their Choice Mobility rights will receive priority on the waiting list. Residents must meet the qualifications outlined by the HCV program.
