Attention NRHA Residents!
Starting November 1, NRHA applicants, tenants, landlords, and HCV participants will be able to manage their accounts online through Yardi RENTCafé® — a new platform designed to be quick, easy, and manageable.
With RENTCafé, you can:
- Applicants: Create an account, check application status, update documents, and contact NRHA.
- Tenants: Make payments online, create work orders, and update contact information.
- Landlords: View tenant ledgers, manage accounts, and make payments online.
- HCV Participants: Complete annual recertifications and upload documents securely.
Payment options include: Credit card (Visa, MasterCard), ACH (eCheck), and WIPS (cash payments at participating retailers).
Online rent payment will be available starting November 1.
