CaShawn began her career at NRHA as a graduate student intern in the Budget Department, and it has spanned 22 years, focusing on finance, compliance, and community development.
Throughout my tenure here at NRHA, I’m most proud of supporting the mission of providing quality housing opportunities and partnering with stakeholders to strengthen and support the community.
Following increased responsibility in budgeting and compliance, she rapidly advanced from Accountant Assistant and Budget Assistant to Senior Budget Analyst, providing financial support for the Authority’s Development Operations. Building on her financial expertise, CaShawn later assumed senior and leadership roles as Community Development Program Manager, Senior Community Development Specialist, Neighborhood Programs Director and Director of Finance.
