The new Yardi Rent Cafe portal opens July 1 for applicants, tenants, Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) participants and landlords. It’s all your housing business and transaction needs all in one place.
This training session will be held at Mary D. Pretlow Anchor Branch Library.
There you can learn how to use the portal to complete the following tasks:
- Apply to the waitlist.
- Check waitlist status.
- Make payments.
- Enter maintenance requests.
- Update account information.
- Complete necessary certifications online.
- And much more!
