For a limited time only, Norfolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority (NRHA) is accepting applications online for Project Based Voucher/Tax Credit 3- and 4-bedroom units only in Diggs Town Phase 1. Diggs Town is located at 1619 Vernon Drive in Norfolk.
- The waitlist will open Thursday, June 27, at 9 a.m.
- The waitlist will close Monday, July 29, at 4 p.m.
Applications will be accepted online only at nrha.myhousing.com. Duplicate applications will not be accepted.

Requirements for Residency: The head of household and all household members 18 years or older (with the exception of full-time students) must be employed a minimum of 15 hours per week for a minimum of six months unless elderly or disabled or the primary caretaker of a blind person or a disabled person as defined by the Social Security Act.
