For a limited time only, Norfolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority is accepting online applications for Riverside Station Apartments (1, 2 and 3 bedrooms) Project Based Voucher (PBV)/Tax Credit units. Online applications will be made available for three days only from Tuesday, October 18 at 9 a.m. and closing Thursday, October 20 at 4 p.m.

Applications can be accessed online by computer or smartphone at https://nrha.myhousing.com. The waitlist will close at 4 p.m. on October 20. Duplicate applications will not be accepted.

Riverside Station Apartments is located at 5827 Curlew Drive, Norfolk, VA 23502. Applications will not be taken on site and must be submitted online or over the phone for applicants in need of a reasonable accommodation.

- Senior / Disabled Midrises – Partrea Midrise, Sykes Midrise, Hunter Square Midrise and Bobbitt Midrise for 1 and 2 bedroom apartments only
- Wheelchair accessible, visual or hearing-impaired apartment for all sites and bedroom sizes
